The Finance Committee has overall responsibility for the financial health of our church. This includes stewardship (the raising of financial support) and insuring that funds are responsibly used. Care is taken to insure that financial obligations are met on time.

The following recent financial reports are in PDF format and require Adobe Acrobat or other similar reader software to open. (If your computer does not have this software, it can be downloaded from the internet for free.) The reports are usually updated on the 15th of each month.

The following financial forms may be opened and printed for your use. Please put completed vouchers in the Treasurer's mail box across from the church office or mail them to Lee Mount, 80 Gulf Bridge Road, West Monroe, NY 13167. Use of these forms will minimize errors and provide justification for spending church funds.

Wedding Voucher

The Nominations Committee recruits volunteers for committees and teams of the church.  They recommend a slate of officers and committee members to the annual Church Conference.

The Administrative Council is the primary decision making body of the church.  Meetings are held four times each year and are open to all members of the church.  All committee and team leaders and church staff are encouraged to attend these meetings.  At each meeting, the Council appoints a smaller team to make decisionst as needed until the next Council meeting.
