A major fund raiser for our Chancel Choir is our annual Craft Festival held in the Spring.  The money raised from this is used to update our music, bring in Music Workshops and create new music programs in our church.

Mark your calendar for March 2010 and help keep this great fund raiser going, by either participating as a crafter, help in the kitchen, help with set-up/clean-up or just come and enjoy all the crafters displays.  

You'll enjoy the fellowship with your church family and perhaps meet someone you've "seen at church" but don't really know.  It only takes a few hours and it is for a great cause.

The Cicero United Methodist Church offers three worship opportunities on Sunday.

The Contemporary Service begins at 8:45 with praise songs lead by the Praise and Worship Team.

The Traditional Service begins at 10:30 and features an anthem by the Chancel Choir.

The sermon is the same for both morning services.  Communion is served on the first Sunday of each month.

On Sunday evening at 6:30, there may be an informal service or healing service, see the calendar for the schedule.

Worship Team

The Chancel Choir performs at the 10:30 worship service and for special services such as Easter, and Christmas.  The Choir also offers special music programs such as cantatas and musicals from time to time.

Rehearsals are held on Wednesday evenings at 7 PM. 

The Choir performs under the direction of Music Director Nancy Congdon.  Anyone interested in becoming a member of the Choir should contact the Nancy. 

The Praise and Worship Team, under the direction of Colin Keating, opens the Contemporary Service with praise songs and musical accompaniment. 

The P & W team rehearses on Tuesday evenings.
